This BMW 1000RR motorcycle suit has removable CE-approved armour at the shoulders, elbows and knees. A removable spine protector sits in the back. On the outside you get CE-approved protectors and removable knee sliders. The shell is 1.2-1.3 mm drum-dyed cowhide leather. You can order it as a 1 piece suit, a 2 piece suit, or the jacket or pants alone.

For a firmer level, you can add the CE Level 2 (EN 1621-1:2012) upgrade. Level 2 is the higher of the two CE levels, so the armour lets less force through.
Yes. The suit comes as a 1 Piece Suit by default, and you can also pick a 2 Piece Suit. A 1 piece suit is one part from the collar to the ankles. A 2 piece suit has a separate jacket and pants, which can be easier to put on and wear apart. If you only need one half, you can order the Jacket or the Pant on its own. The leather, armour and zippers stay the same whichever form you pick.
The standard shell is cowhide leather, 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick and drum-dyed. Drum dyeing means the leather turns in a large drum of dye, so the color goes deep into the hide. You can also choose Monaco Leather or Kangaroo Leather from the leather options. On every version, an extra layer of leather is stitched over the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. This adds more guard against drag if you slide on the road.
The suit is cut for the way you sit on a sport bike. The sleeves are pre-curved, so your arms bend toward the bars without pulling. Accordion leather stretch panels sit at the lower back and knees. Stretch Cordura sits at the sleeves, crotch and calves. These panels let you tuck in and move on the bike. The cuffs and collar use soft neoprene, and Velcro straps close the neck, cuffs and calves.
Yes, you can add matching gloves and boots to the suit. Glove sizes run from XS to 3XL. Boot sizes run from EU 36 to EU 46, which is US 4.5 to US 12. Buying them together means your gear shares one look from head to toe. Pick your glove size by measuring around your palm. Pick your boot size from your normal shoe size, and check both against the size chart for each item.
Men's sizes run from EU 42 to EU 60, which is US 32 to US 50 or XS to XXL. Women's sizes run from EU 38 to EU 50, which is US 6 to US 18 or XXS to XL. A leather suit should fit snug, so the armour stays in place. Measure your chest, waist, hips and inside leg. Then check the size chart. If you fall between sizes, you can pick Custom Size.
