Protective Leather
Race suits use 1.1 to 1.2mm kangaroo leather, selected for its abrasion, tear, and cut resistance during slides and impacts. Every hide is processed to strict standards—thicker, stronger, and flexible—and tested to European Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) specifications.
Testing includes chemical analysis (pH, dye steadiness to sweat, AZO, aromatic amines) and physical tests (abrasion resistance, tear-resistance, cut resistance). This ensures the leather meets protective standards while remaining environmentally responsible.

Schoeller Keprotec
This high-tech fabric is engineered to meet professional riders' on-track demands, offering excellent tear resistance, superior rub-proofing, and heat-friction resistance during aggressive riding.

Aramid
Aromatic Polyamide (Aramid) is a high-performance fiber resistant to abrasion, tear, cut, and low flammability. We add Aramid as a reinforced layer behind the leather, especially in accordion panels and high-risk areas, to provide extra protection across all motorcycle apparel.

Spandex/Elastane
Spandex (elastane) is a synthetic fiber with exceptional elasticity and abrasion resistance. It provides vertical and horizontal stretch without compromising performance, optimizing comfort during extended riding sessions.

Polyester Mesh Lining
High-strength polyester mesh sits between skin and leather to improve comfort and feel. This synthetic fiber promotes airflow and wicks moisture away from the skin during intense riding.

Bonded Nylon Thread
We use bonded nylon thread made from pre-stabilized continuous filament nylon 6.6. Treated with a formulated lubricant to resist high temperature, it provides outstanding strength, durability, and abrasion resistance in every seam.
