Any Pantone color can be matched, so the gloves can match your suit, your bike or your team. Then choose the leather and your size. You can choose from four leathers: kangaroo, cowhide, sheep or goat. Each one feels a bit different on the hand. Kangaroo leather is known for being thin and light for its strength. Cowhide is a common choice for riding gear and feels firm at first. Sheep and goat leather tend to feel soft and bend easily. Pick the one that suits the way you ride and the feel you like. You can match it to the leather of your suit.
Aramid is a tough man-made fiber. Kevlar is the most famous name for this type of fiber. These gloves use an aramid Kevlar lining on the inside. The lining sits between your hand and the outer leather. Many riders like an aramid layer in their gloves because the fiber is strong and does not tear easily. The seams of the gloves also use safety stitching, which helps hold the parts of the glove together.
Yes. You can add names, numbers and logos to the gloves. There are five ways to do it. Printing puts the design right onto the leather. A patch is sewn on as a separate piece. Embroidery stitches the design with thread. Engraving cuts the design into the surface. Embossing presses it into the leather so it stands out. Yes. There are three ways to add airflow. Perforation panels have many small holes punched in the leather to let air pass through. Air intake vents let air flow in while you ride. Ventilation zippers can be opened when it is hot and closed when it cools down. You can pick the option that suits your riding. Vents are useful in summer and on long track days, when your hands can get hot and damp inside the gloves.
Standard sizes run XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. To find yours, wrap a soft tape around your hand just below the knuckles. Do not pull it tight. Then measure from the tip of your middle finger to your wrist. Compare both numbers with the size chart. Riding gloves should feel snug but should not pinch. If your hand does not fit a standard size, you can pick Custom Size from the size options instead.
