How to Measure
A: Neck: Just below your adam’s apple, take a skin tight measurement around your neck.
B: Sleeve: With arm relaxed at side and elbow slightly bent, measure from point of shoulder, and down outside of arm past elbow to wrist.
c: Chest: This measurement is taken just below to your breast under the arms, closely around the body.
D: Waist: Measure around the body at your natural waist level, normally 6 cm below your navel.
E: Hips: Measure around your hips and buttocks at their widest point, make sure the tape is not restrictive.
F: Inseam: Keeping the measure tape taut, measure from the lowest part of the crotch, down to the ankle bone.
G: Height: Stand next to a wall, put a ruler horizontally on your head and mark at the point where the ruler reach the wall, measure the distance from the floor to the mark.

How to Measure

Shipping Policy
- • All orders are made to order and shipped from our facility in Pakistan.
- • Regular-size orders ship within 10-15 working days after confirmation.
- • Custom and made-to-measure orders take 4-6 weeks for completion and shipping.
- • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination.
- • Delivery generally takes 3-10 working days, varying by location.
- • Include a contact number with your shipping address for courier use.
- • Import duties or customs taxes may apply, depending on your location, which are beyond our control.
- • Delivery to P.O. Boxes is unavailable.
Return Policy
We prioritize quality and satisfaction, but if you need to return or replace an item, here are the guidelines:
- • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with a 20% restocking fee and applicable shipping costs.
- • Returns without approvals shall not be entertained.
- • The item must be unused, with tags intact, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. For defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- • Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
- • Custom-made and altered items cannot be returned.
- • Orders with more than two items are not eligible for return or replacement.
Exchanges
Size exchanges incur a 20% restocking fee plus shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for defective or damaged items only. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, but processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
