The Hawk touring suit carries a CE Level 2 back protector, with CE Level 1 chest and hip protectors. Shoulders, elbows and knees get CE Level 2 pads. For long trips it has a thermal liner and a waterproof liner, both detachable. Reflective panels on the front, back and calves help others see you.

The CE level refers to the armour pads, not the whole suit. Level 2 pads pass a stricter impact test than Level 1 pads. On the outside, a protective print covers the elbows and knees. The knee armour can be moved to sit right on your knee.
Yes, the suit has many ways to adjust. The waist has a double strap and straps that change height. Straps at the lower arms and lower legs pull the suit in. Tabs close the cuffs, and zippers on the side seams open or close the fit. A drawcord tightens the hem. The Flexisnap collar lets you set how snug it sits on your neck. The knee armour also adjusts, so it stays in place on the bike.
The suit adds light-catching parts in key places. Laminated reflection sits on the front, on the back and on the calves. Reflective logos sit on the back, on the chest and on both upper arms. When car lights hit these parts, they shine back. This helps drivers spot you from the front, the back and the side. It is useful on dark evenings, in tunnels and on long trips that run past sunset.
On a touring trip the weather can change many times a day. The Hawk suit has a 3D mesh lining and two liners you can take out. The waterproof liner keeps rain out. The thermal liner keeps you warm in the cold. When it gets hot, take the liners out and open the vent panels on the chest and upper legs. The upper leg zippers and the cuff zipper let even more air in.
