Inside, removable CE-approved armour guards the shoulders and elbows, and a back protector and hump come out as well. The shell is 1.2-1.3 mm drum-dyed cowhide with pre-curved sleeves.

If it touches, the slider takes the contact so the leather does not wear through. This is common on jackets made for track riding. Under the sliders, removable CE-approved protectors sit inside the elbows too. So each elbow has a layer on the outside and a pad on the inside.
Yes. The protectors at the shoulders and elbows are removable. The back protector and the hump come out too. All of them are CE-approved, which means they meet the European standard for motorcycle armour. Taking them out makes the jacket lighter to carry and easier to air out. Wipe the leather with a damp cloth and let it dry away from heat. Put each pad back in its pocket before you ride.

Cordura is a tough woven fabric often used in riding gear. On this jacket, a stretch Cordura with a Kevlar look sits in the sleeves. It has the woven pattern of Kevlar, but it is a Cordura fabric. Its job is to stretch, so your arms can reach the bars and move freely. The rest of the shell is 1.2 to 1.3 mm drum-dyed cowhide leather. Drum-dyed means the hides turn in a large drum of dye, so the color goes deep.
Yes. For hot days, you can choose a perforation option. The choices are No Perforation, Perforated Chest, Perforated Front and Full Perforated. Perforated leather has small holes that let air in as you ride. For cold days, you can add a Thermal Removable Lining. A Removable Lining is also an option. The standard lining is 100% polyester mesh, which lets air move between you and the leather.
You can choose the CE Level 2 (EN 1621-1:2012) add-on. EN 1621-1 is the European standard for limb armour. Level 2 is the higher of its two levels, so the pads let less force through. You can also pick a speed hump for the back: No Hump, Standard Hump, Ventilated Hump or Hydro Hump. To finish the set, add matching gloves in sizes XS to 3XL from the product options.
