The Suzuki GSX 8R motorcycle race suit carries removable CE approved dual-density armour at the shoulders, elbows and knees, plus a removable spine protector. The knee sliders fix on with Velcro and can come off. The shell is 1.2-1.3 mm drum-dyed cowhide leather in blue and silver chrome. Stretch Cordura at the sleeves, crotch and calves helps you move.

Yes. The suit is a one-piece suit, but you can also pick a 2 Piece Suit. You can even order just the Jacket or just the Pant. In a one-piece suit, the jacket and pants are one garment, so there is no gap at the waist. A two-piece suit has a separate jacket and pants. It is easier to put on and take off, and you can wear the jacket on its own. Pick the one that suits how you ride.
The armour in the suit is CE approved and dual density. You can add CE Level 2 (EN 1621-1:2012) armour as an add-on. EN 1621-1 is the European standard for armour at the shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. The standard has two levels, and Level 2 is the higher one. Level 2 armour lets less force pass through in the standard test. It can feel a bit thicker. Pick it if you want the higher level for your limbs.
The suit comes in 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide leather. The leather is drum-dyed. That means the hides turn in a large drum of dye, so the color soaks deep into the leather. You can choose Cowhide Leather, Monaco Leather or Kangaroo Leather in the options. Extra leather layers are stitched over the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. Accordion leather panels at the lower back and knees let the suit stretch as you move.
Yes. Perforation means small holes punched in the leather to let air in. You can pick No Perforation, Perforated Chest, Perforated Front or Full Perforated. A full perforated suit lets the most air through. No perforation keeps the leather solid all over. The suit also has a polyester mesh lining. You can add a Removable Lining or a Thermal Removable Lining for cooler days. The hump choices include a Ventilated Hump as well.
The inside has a polyester mesh lining. On the left side there is one inner mesh chest pocket for small items. Removable CE approved dual-density armour sits at the shoulders, elbows and knees. A removable dual-density spine protector runs down the back. You can take the armour out to clean the suit. The cuffs and collar are made of soft neoprene, so they feel gentle on your skin. Velcro straps at the neck, cuffs and calves let you snug the fit.
Yes. You can add matching gloves, matching boots or both to your order. The gloves come in sizes XS to 3XL. The boots come in EU 36 to EU 46, which is US 4.5 to US 12. A matching set gives you the same Suzuki GSX 8R look from your hands to your feet. Choose each size on its own, since your glove size and boot size are not linked to your suit size.
Men's sizes run from EU 42 to EU 60, which is US 32 to US 50, or XS to XXL. Women's sizes run from EU 38 to EU 50, which is US 6 to US 18, or XXS to XL. Measure your chest, waist, hips, inseam and arm length. Then check your numbers against the size chart. A race suit should feel snug when you stand up. If your numbers do not match a standard size, you can pick Custom Size.
