The main seams are double and triple stitched with strong bonded nylon thread.

Yes. You can pick a 1 Piece Suit or a 2 Piece Suit. You can also order the jacket or the pant on its own. Extra options let you set the suit up the way you ride. These include a beaded neck, micro perforation at the chest, front or full suit, and bicep, hip and tail bone padding. You can add a chest protector attachment, a leg over boot design and silicone grip bands at the base of the legs.

The outer shell has perforated leather panels, and the leather from seat to thigh and knee is double layer and air vented. A 3D air vent panel sits at the back of the collar. The cuffs use 3M air mesh. Inside, a mesh lining with polyester lycra stretch panels lets air move. The lining is breathable and washable, and you can take it out to wash it. Neoprene at the back of the neck adds comfort.

The Whiz Tech suit comes with four hump choices. You can pick No Hump, Standard Hump, Ventilated Hump or Hydro Hump. If you ride with a radio or a drink system, you can add a pass through for a radio cable or hydration hose at the hump. The same pass through is also offered at the wrist cuff. Molded air intake vents at the shoulder are another option you can add.

Yes, you can add matching gloves and boots. The gloves use Friction Shield Technology with TPU-reinforced knuckle protection and TPU injected finger sliders. The palm is a single panel of cowhide leather with an aramid Kevlar jersey lining. Velcro closures hold the gloves in place. Glove sizes run from XS to 3XL. The matching boots are riding boots for pro riders, in sizes EU 36 to EU 46.

Men's sizes run from EU 42 to EU 60. That is US 32 to US 50, or XS to XXL. Women's sizes run from EU 38 to EU 50, which is US 6 to US 18, or XXS to XL. The suit has a pro race fit with a pre-curved shape for the bike. Measure your chest, waist, hips and inside leg and check the size chart. If your numbers fall outside a standard size, choose Custom Size.
