There are two leather choices: cowhide and kangaroo. Cowhide is the most common leather for motorcycle jackets. It is thick and firm, and it softens as you wear it. Kangaroo leather is known for being light and thin for its strength, so many riders pick it to save weight. Both are made into the same jacket in-house, and all panels are safety stitched. Pick the one that suits how you ride and how you want the jacket to feel.
A speed hump is a raised pad on the back of the jacket, just behind the neck. It fills the gap between your helmet and your back when you lean forward on a sport bike. You can pick No Hump, Standard Hump, Ventilated Hump or Hydro Hump. A Ventilated Hump adds airflow to the hump design. If you ride upright, No Hump keeps the back flat and simple. Pick the hump in the product options along with the rest of your choices.
The jacket uses perforation, air intake vents and ventilation zippers to move air. Perforation means small holes punched in the leather to let air through. You can choose No Perforation, Perforated Chest, Perforated Front or Full Perforated. More holes mean more airflow on hot days. A breathable mesh lining sits inside. For cold weather, add a Removable Lining or a Thermal Removable Lining. The thermal one adds warmth and comes out when the weather warms up again.
Yes. You can add names, numbers and logos in five ways: printing, patches, embroidery, engraving or embossing. Embroidery stitches the design in thread. Engraving and embossing press or cut the design into the leather. Patches are sewn on, and printing puts the design straight on the surface. This works well for a race team, a club or a rider who wants a name on the back. Upload your design file in the product options so it goes with your order.
Men's sizes run from EU 42 to EU 60. That is US 32 to US 50, or XS to XXL. Women's sizes run from EU 38 to EU 50, which is US 6 to US 18, or XXS to XL. There is also a Custom Size choice in the size options. Measure your chest, waist and arm length, and compare them with the size chart. If you add matching gloves, glove sizes run from XS to 3XL, so measure your hand as well.
